Gold team wins 13-5

Jeff Davis Middle School’s Gold Team took a 13-5 win over Wayne Middle School last Friday in Jesup.
Treyton Webster had a trio of singles, Juan Pena doubled and singled and drove in two runs, Konner Munsayac and Ethan Baltazar each had a double and an RBI, Messiah Swinson doubled, Reese Mullis and Josh Worthington both had a single and two RBI, and Karter Galbreath had a single and an RBI.
Baltazar pitched two innings, blanking Wayne on one hit, no walks and two strikeouts, Mullis pitched 1 2/3 innings, giving up three runs on two hits, walking two and fanning five, and Dawson Moser pitched 1 1/3 innings, giving up one earned run on one hit, walking two and striking out none.
