Middle School wins 3-2

Jeff Davis Middle School’s softball team quelled a seventh inning Vidalia rally last Wednesday to take a 3-2 win.
Eight different Lady Jackets hit safely in the game led by Ava Bohannon who had a single, a double and an RBI. Alana McCall and Carrie Arnold both had a pair of singles, Cori Mims and Jaqueline Villasenor both had a single and an RBI, and Alexa Vann, Clair Stinson and Kira Buford each had a single.
Jasmine Villasenor went the distance on the mound. She gave up two runs on four hits, walked none and struck out three.
