Mrs. Sula Ansle Reagin Thornton, 77

Mrs. Sula Ansle Reagin Thornton, 77, of Rossville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior July 16.
She was born in Hazlehurst to the late Byron and Merle Nabors Reagin and had lived in the North Georgia area for the last 30 years. She was a member of South Rossville Baptist Church and retired from Walmart this year after more than 19 years of service. She enjoyed reading, going to church and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother that will be truly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her children, Vicki Bush, Carl Bush, Maria Johnson, Ben and (Julie) Moon and Byron Johnson; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and (Kenneth) Hays; brother, Lamar Reagin; grandchildren, Jordy Davidson, Raven Gates, Keith Moon, Kyle Moon, Caitlyn Bush and Conner Bush; great-grandchildren, Cooper Davidson, Bryce Davidson, Benton Gates and Sutton Gates; several nieces, nephews and numerous extended family and friends.
Services were held July 20 in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Pastor Joe Callahan officiating. Entombment was in Calvary Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
