Tower Coming To Downtown Hazlehurst??

CitySwitch, a company that develops and manages hundreds of towers on public and private properties across the United States, is exploring the idea of placing a communications tower in downtown Hazlehurst.
According to a legal advertisement running in this week’s edition of the Ledger, the proposed tower would be erected at the intersection of Latimer Street and South Williams Street, presumably on property owned by the City of Hazlehurst.
The legal invites members of the public interested in submitting comments on the possible effects the tower will have on historic properties to send their comments to Andrew Smith of RESCOM Environmental Corp., in Petoskey, Mich., or to call 260-385-6999.
