Miles Funeral Home in Hazlehurst announces the death of Mrs. Jackie Evans Music, 67, of Hazlehurst, who passed away April 20. A private family graveside services was held April 24 at Satilla Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Brad Waters officiating.
Mrs. Music was born Jan. 25, 1953, in Hazlehurst. She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Ervin Jackson Evans, Eloise Murray Evans and Roxie McAllister Evans. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Music. Mrs. Music was a homemaker and was a member of First Baptist Church in Hazlehurst.
She is survived by her siblings, Jerry T. (Teresa) Evans of Hazlehurst, James E. (Debbie) Evans of Waycross, Sam McAllister of Hazlehurst and Sandra (Carlton) Hughes of Hazlehurst; special niece, Brandi Leddon; and several other nieces and nephews.
