Mrs. Lillie Johnston Yawn, 95

Mrs. Lillie Johnston Yawn, 95, of Hazlehurst, died April 18 at Glenvue Health and Rehabilitation in Glennville.
Mrs. Yawn was born April 6, 1925, in Tattnall County to the late Ruben Johnston and the late Frances Rolls Johnston.
She was employed with Hazlehurst Manufacturing Company for many years and a member of Philadelphia Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Comer A. Yawn and sons, Claybern Yawn and Bobby Yawn.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Harry and Wannell Yawn of Douglas, Mike and Melcene Yawn of Waynesville, Gary and Shirley Yawn of Glennville, Tim and Judy Yawn of Hazlehurst and Carroll and Donna Yawn of Chickamauga; daughter, Wylene Hale of Irmo, S.C.; 22 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held April 22 in Philadelphia United Methodist Church Cemetery with Jimmie Ryles officiating.
