Mrs. Elaine Minton Morris, 79

Graveside services for Mrs. Elaine Minton Morris, 79, were held April 7 at Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery. The Rev. Charles Carter officiated.
Mrs. Morris was born Feb. 22, 1941, in Hazlehurst; she was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy Minton and Lois Horne Minton and brothers, Mack Minton and Johnny Minton Sr. She was a member of Eureka Baptist Church and was retired from Hazlehurst Mills after serving as secretary for over 38 years. Mrs. Morris passed away April 6 at her residence.
She is survived by her husband, Stafford Morris and several nieces and nephews.
Wainright and Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
