Mrs. Glenda Faye Standridge, 77

Mrs. Glenda Faye Standridge, 77, of Hazlehurst, died Feb. 8 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla.
Mrs. Standridge was born Nov. 25, 1942, in Deerfield, Fla., to the late Roy Hull and the late Louise Crosby Hull. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marcene Standridge.
Survivors include her daughter, Angela Deem and son-in-law, Michael Ilesanmi of Hazlehurst; sisters, Patricia Barrena of Florida and Christine Gibson of Warner Robins; granddaughters, Scottie Deem and Skyla Deem; great-grandchildren, Marlee Burch, Sidney Burch, Barry Burch, London Deem, Ana Deem and Ariah Deem.
Services were held Feb. 11 in the chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeffery Spell officiating.
Interment followed in Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Barry Burch, Christopher Harrison, Billy Brown, Lonnie Pind, Tracey Fordham, and Tao Hernandez.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.

    Angela, I am so sorry for the passing of your Mom. It is something that you never get over. Lots of hugs and love to you. I’m 71. Was only in my upper 20s when my Mom passed. You never forget. God bless you for what you are going through. 💕 Bev Shea
