Kirby is pre-season Class AA All-State

Jeff Davis High senior Ja’Queze Kirby has been named to the Class AA Preseason All-State First Team by Sandy’s Spiel website.
The site also lists Kirby as Georgia’s best strong forward regardless of classification. Two other Region 2-AA players are ranked among the state’s best, Bernard Pelote (Woodville-Tompkins) No. 7 power forward and Jaylan McKinney (Swainsboro) No. 18 point guard.
