Track Teams Compete at State Meet

Jeff Davis High’s boys and girls track teams participated in the 2019 GHSA State Meet last week at Berry College in Rome.
Top finishers for the girls were Keiana Littleton with third place finishes in the 100 meter dash and triple jump, and Daneshia Wooten with a 3rd in the discus. For the boys, Cedric King placed 3rd in the long jump and NyJai Gillis took 4th in the 110 hurdles.

100 meter: 3rd Keiana Littleton, 12.38.
200 meter: 8th Keiana Littleton, 26.79.

800 meter: 10th Joshua Ratliff, 2:08.97.
110 hurdles: 4th Nyjai Gillis, 14.93.
