Tennis Teams Have Solid Year

Jeff Davis High School girls tennis team finished the year with 20 wins and only 5 losses and went un-defeated in the region. They won region for the 5th consecutive year and finished the season with a final four appearance in state playoffs for the 2nd consecutive year.
The girls fell to Bleckley County who won the state championship for AA.
The boys finished the year with 12 wins and 10 losses and only lost one region match. The boys won region champions for the first time since 2014 and finished the season with a Sweet 16 state playoff appearance losing to Early County who were the state runner-ups.
