Mr. Homer Lee Hall, 75
Services for Mr. Homer Lee Hall, 75, were held April 20 at Tallahassee Missionary Baptist Church where Pastor James Earl Cray officiated with burial at Hall-Wilcox Cemetery.
Mr. Hall, a native of Jeff Davis County, was the son of the late Robert Hall and the late Ozie McDew Hall. His siblings, Grace, Juanita, Dora, and Carnell, preceded him in death. Homer was educated in Jeff Davis County Schools and worked for Hazlehurst Mills for many years.
Survivors include his daughter, Annette Stripling (Alton) of Hazlehurst; brother, William Robert Hall of Atlanta; grandchildren, Anna, Angel, and A.J. of Hazlehurst; niece, Tonya Locke of Baxley; nephews, Gregory Lightfoot (Alice) of Macon, Alfred Hall (Martha) of Fayetteville, N.C., Emory Hall of Atlanta, Joey Jones (Melody) of Newnan and Felton Hall of Savannah and a host of relatives and friends.
Rending music was Denise Dixon, Bob McIver, and Reginald Kornegay.
Active pallbearers were Henri Kornegay, Gregory Lightfoot, Alfred Hall, Emory Hall, Joey James, and Felton Hall.
Thornton’s Funeral Home of Hazlehurst was in charge of arrangements.
