Jayvee Baseball Wins 13-1

Ethan Hulett tags out a runner at second

Jeff Davis High’s jayvee baseball team scored 12 runs in the third inning to roll to a 13-1, 5-inning win over Bleckley County last Wednesday in Hazlehurst.
Conner Rea had a double, a single and an RBI, Ethan Hulett had a pair of singles and two RBI, Cam Williams had two singles and drove in a run, Andrew Aycock doubled in a run, Matthew Glass and Trenton Clance had a single and two RBI each, Mathew White singled in a run and Josh Griffin had an RBI.
Cam Williams was the winning pitcher. He went the distance, giving up one run on four hits, walking two and striking out six.
