Tennis Season Opens

Jeff Davis High School Tennis hosted two home matches last week.
The Jackets started the season off by playing Pierce County. The yellow jacket boys lost 0-5 but had some close matches. The Yellow Jacket girls fell 1-4. Morgan Cox and Peter Tran both played really great matches against tough opponents.
The second match on Thursday was against Brantley County. The boys again fell 0-5. The girls lost 2-3. Oscar Mayorga and Kalli Wilkes both played great matches at their singles spots against the bears.
