Veterans To Place New Names On Monument

It is Jeff Davis County Veterans Association honor to place new names on the Veterans Monument at Veterans Square Park every Veterans Day. As a Jeff Davis County Veteran or a Veteran with a Jeff Davis connection we urge you to have your name inscribed on our Monument, for the era in which you served, to honor your service to this country.
Names of added Veterans will be announced during the Veterans Day program Saturday, Nov. 10, at 11 a.m. (Nov. 11 is on Sunday this year so Veterans Day will be observed on Nov. 10).
If you would like to have a named added to the Monument in 2018 download a form from the Jeff Davis County Veterans Association website at jdcva.com or visit the Chamber office for a copy. Mail the form to P.O. Box 263, Hazlehurst, Ga. 31539.
