This Friday Night’s Expected Starters

At last week’s scrimmage against Appling County, the sidelines began filling with Yellow Jacket players nursing injuries with bags of ice rather than competing on the field.
Starting running back Bradley Owens is questionable for this week’s season opener against Glenn Hill after spraining his ankle in the scrimmage.
Linebacker Matthew Carelock had an ice bag on his knee but appears ready for action this Friday.
Nose guard Cody Ewing sported an ice bag on his shoulder and is not expected to play this week.
Linebacker Hamp Hayes is out with a concussion.
And linebacker Darrell Mincey has an ankle injury and he, too, is doubtful.
