Mrs. Linda Nell Hughes O’Neal, 52

Mrs. Linda Nell Hughes O’Neal, 52, of Hazlehurst, passed away April 12 at her residence.
Mrs. O’Neal was the daughter of the late James Russell Hughes, and Genelle Hughes Yawn, and was a member of Bible Baptist Church.She was co-owner of Phat Inc. Trucking Co.She was preceded in death by siblings, Russell, Kenny, and Mike Hughes, Janice Holton, Pug Sellers, and Pat Carter
Survivors include her husband, Eddie O’Neal of Hazlehurst; daughters, Casey Bush of Hazlehurst, Stephanie Bush of Jacksonville, Fla., and Kathryn Barrentine of Vicenza, Italy; sisters, Karen Jones, Lisa Foskey, Delbra Yawn, and Norie Yawn all of Hazlehurst; brother, Keith Hughes of Hazlehurst; grandchildren, Taylor Rowland, Laklynn Thompson, Kason Thompson, and Gemma Barrentine.
Services were held April 15 in the chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Smith and the Rev. Billy Bratton officiating. Interment followed in Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery.
An honorary pallbearer was Devin Hughes.
Active pallbearers were Bennie Hughes, Ordell Foskey, Justin Smith, Roy Hughes, Harry Hughes and Darrell Hughes.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
