Welcoming Luncheon at Hazlehurst FUMC

A welcome luncheon for the new pastor and his wife will be held this Sunday at Hazlehurst First United Methodist Church, says Jim Peterson, chairman of the Staff Parish Relations committee.
The Rev. Scott Brenton moved to Hazlehurst last week and his first sermon was this past Sunday. He and his wife Missy came from the Blakely First UMC.
The meat will be provided but everyone is asked to bring a covered dish. All are invited to meet the Brentons.
