Methodist Hanging Of The Greens

There will be a hanging of the greens this Sunday at 3 at Hazlehurst First United Methodist Church, says the Rev. Allen Hartsfield, pastor.
During this time members will decorate the inside and outside of the church, social hall and youth center.
This will be in preparation of the four Sundays of Advent which begin the next Sunday.
Also this Sunday is the deadline for the return of shoeboxes for Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child.
Circle IV of United Methodist Women is taking orders for their annual poinsettia sale. They can be purchased to decorate the sanctuary or a business or home. Cost is from $12 to $25.
