FUMC Christmas concert

A Christmas concert by Darrell and Dawn Richie is planned Sunday at 11 at Hazlehurst First United Methodist Church, says the Rev. Allen Hartsfield, pastor.
No Wednesday supper or Bible study this Wednesday as the children and youth will have their Christmas parties instead.
There will be an open house at the parsonage on Shady Lane this Sunday at 6 in place of the evening worship.
A candlelight Christmas Eve service will be at 5 p.m.
“This is always one of the highest attended events at our church every year as all Christians want to be at church on Christmas Eve,” says a church spokesman.
The United Methodist Church serves communion to all Christians regardless to their denomination, so folks of all area churches are invited.
