The Hazlehurst City Council’s regularly scheduled meeting.

Jeff Davis Pre-K will finish registration with a drive through May  26 from 7:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The plan is to have four teachers and/or assistant teachers working each designated day throughout the month of May. The designated day will be Tuesday. The school will do Tuesday and Thursday the first week. Teachers and assistant teachers will be required to wear protective equipment.
Parents will pull through the pickup lane to get a registration packet. They will then have to pull into the parking lot to fill out paperwork. Teachers and assistant teachers will use iPads to take pictures of required documentation to save and print. Teachers and assistant teachers will be available in case of any questions or concerns. Teachers will monitor the parking lot for questions and obey CDC guidelines if there assistance is needed. Once parents have finished filling out paperwork, they will drive back through the pickup lane and turn the finished registration packets into a teacher or assistant teacher.
