    Snipesville New Year's Day Parade

    The Snipesville Community will host it’s annual New Year’s celebration Jan. 1 with a parade and traditional lunch menu.
    The meal will consist of barbecue pork or grilled chicken, black-eyed peas, yams, rolls, and cake. Plate prices are $7. There will be take out or dining in at the center with lunch beginning at 11:30 a.m.
    The parade begins at 2 p.m. Everyone is invited to participate in the parade. There is no entry fee. The parade is in need of antique cars, floats, horses, twirlers, or any other entries. There will be a cake auction. Vendors are welcome.

    Entire communities are transformed when moms gather to pray for children and schools. You were made for such a time as this.
    All ladies are invited to join us every Monday morning, beginning Aug. 12, from 8:15 – 9:15 am in the social hall at First Baptist Church.
