Headin’ Home Fest

Stagger Lee Music Park prepares to welcome hundreds of bluegrass fans and musicians from all over the country for the Fall 2026 Headin’ Home Fest Oct. 14-18.
Hosted by the family band Headin’ Home from Bloomingdale, the festival is every April and October. Music lovers of all ages gather to enjoy world-class bands, camping, jamming, food trucks, vendors, workshops and activities, and down-home family fun! Stagger Lee Music Park has over 140 RV hookups, a covered stage, bathhouses and showers, laundry facilities, free wifi, and a shaded river offering fishing and kayaking. It’s located at 902 Vernon Williams Road in Hazlehurst.
Headlining this year’s festival is Russell Moore and IIIrd Tyme Out from north GA, fresh off his 2025-26 tour with Alison Krauss & Union Station. Also appearing will be Grand Ole Opry entertainers The Kody Norris Show, reigning International Bluegrass Band Champions Strings of Green, The Little Roy & Lizzy Show, Nick Chandler & Delivered, CrossRoads, Brad Kaylor & Mineral Bluff Revue, Bells Highway, The Brothers Five, No Reputation, NightFlyer and host band Headin’ Home.
Oct 14 festivities open with a free 5 p.m. potluck dinner and open stage featuring local talent. Thursday, Friday and Saturday the stage shows run from noon to 9:30. Campground jamming goes 24/7! The festival will wind down Sunday with a gospel jam at 9:30 a.m.
