Mr. Johnny Miles, 69

Mr. Johnny Miles of Hazlehurst passed away peacefully Sept. 9 at the age of 69.
He was born to the late Lulabell Miles and Kenzo Mitchell July 11, 1957. He attended the Stanton School in Jacksonville, Fla. He worked with Woody Folsom Automotive for 31 years, Jeff Davis Hospital for 10 years, John Deere/Lassiter Implement for 21 years and Mr. Colt Altman Farming for 5 years. He was also the owner and founder of Johnny Miles Cleaning Service.
He was preceded in death by his mother Lulabell Miles; father Kenzo Mitchell; grandparents Hattie and Andrew Clements; son Jabar Furcron; brothers Larry Miles and Kenny Mitchell; sisters Cassandra Berry and Marva Williams.
Survivors include his loving wife Naundus Miles; daughters Tameka Brown, Asha Furcron, Markeisha Burney and Mishaunda (Romia) Daniels; special goddaughter Najah Britton; son Jonathan Miles; siblings Darrol (Kathern) Mitchell, Pamela E. Miller, Rodney Hall (Tashanda), Jean (Gene) Christie, Joan (Frank) Givens, Gloria (Eloise) and Ruben Kirby, Molly Merritt, Bruce Mitchell, Clarice (Cornelius) Wooten, and Charles (Kim) Mitchell; a host of grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Services will be held Sept. 19 at Bennett Tabernacle Holiness Church. Burial will follow in Northview Cemetery.
