Health Department to hold Back-To-School Clinic

Make sure your child is ready for the 2026-2027 school year with a clean bill of health.
The Jeff Davis County Health Department will host a Back-to-School clinic Monday, July 27, from 7:30 a.m–5:30 p,m. During this clinic, the health department will provide vaccines, along with hearing, vision and dental screenings, to fulfill requirements for Georgia DPH Forms 3231 and 3300 for school attendance. No appointment is necessary.
The Jeff Davis County Health Department (located at 30 East Sycamore Street in Hazlehurst) is part of the Georgia Department of Public Health’s Southeast Health District.
