Swain Funeral Home opens here

On April 6, history was made in Jeff Davis County as Swain Funeral Home, Hazlehurst Chapel officially opened. A large crowd gathered to celebrate the occasion and were greeted with a hearty welcome and allowed to tour the beautiful new facility.
“I fell in love with the folks of Jeff Davis County many years ago. Among those were my dear friend, Larry Parlor, and his family. The staff of Swain Funeral Home is honored to be able to serve this community with the same professional and personal care as Mr. Larry did for many years” said Justin McLellan, funeral director.
The community is invited to stop any time, and the staff will be happy to show you around the new facility at 357 Baxley Highway.
