Mr. Juan Carlos Galvan-Ramos, 45

Mr. Juan Carlos Galvan-Ramos, 45, of Hazlehurst, passed away April 19 at Atrium Health Navicent Medical Center in Macon.
He was born Nov. 2, 1980, in Chiapas, Mexico, and has lived in Hazlehurst for the past 30 years. Juan was a Christian by faith and a devoted husband, loving father and proud family man. He cherished his large family and was always there for them, as well as for friends and anyone in need, never hesitating to lend a helping hand. Even in passing, he continued to give to others through the selfless gift of organ donation. He was known for his strength, kind heart and ability to smile and remain positive, no matter what he may have been facing behind the scenes. He had a deep love for life and found joy in the simple things — especially Mexican food, with tacos being his favorite. He also loved his Mustang and going to the gym.
Juan is preceded in death by his niece, Stefanie Corres.
He is survived by his wife of 13 years Marisol Galvan of Hazlehurst; sons Heath, Maximillion, and Israel Galvan, all of Hazlehurst; daughters Yasmine Rios and Belen Galvan, both of Hazlehurst; parents Rafael Galvan and Maria Trujillo Galvan; brothers Fernando Galvan Trujillo of Buffalo, N.Y., Rafael Galvan of Douglas, Agustin Galvan of Ft.
