Soccer tops Long, Cook

Jeff Davis Soccer took on Long County and Cook County as they continued to try to improve before the playoffs.
The first game was against Long County. The girls won 3-1 as Alex Arano scored all 3 goals. Boys won 2-1 with Manny Chavez scoring both of the goals.
Jeff Davis, then, faced off against Cook County. The girls won 6-2 with Alex Arano scoring all 6 goals! Boys won 3-2, with Manny Chavez scoring 2 goals and Konnor Munsayac scoring one.
These results leave both teams in a nice spot heading towards spring break, allowing for recovery and relaxation, as when they come back they will have three games to finish up the regular season.
They will travel to Cook County on April 13, host Toombs on April 14, and have their last regular season game against Swainsboro at home and have Senior Night.
