Girtman runs again for school board

John Girtman has announced that he will seek re-election to the Jeff Davis County Board of Education.
A lifelong resident of Jeff Davis County, John has deep roots in the community and a strong commitment to its schools. He and his wife raised seven children in the Jeff Davis school system, and today he has the privilege of having 13 grandchildren who are attending or will attend Jeff Davis schools.
John believes in being a voice for the people, supporting teachers, and making decisions that reflect the values of the community “It has been an honor to serve the families of Jeff Davis County,” he said. “Our schools are the heart of this community, and I am committed to continuing to support their success.”
