Mr. Fulgencio Perez Mar, 61

Mr. Fulgencio Perez Mar, 61, of Denton, passed away Aug. 21 at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas.
He was born in Jalpan de Serra, Queretaro, Mexico, Jan. 1, 1964, and was preceded in death by his mother Perfecta Mar Chavez.
He was a very private person. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed relaxing in the solitude of his home. He believed in working hard and his family said he had a keen sense of humor, and he was employed with Beasley Timber.
Survivors include his wife Ines Correo of Denton; son and daughter-in-law David Perez and Maria Isabel Martinez of Graham; daughter and son-in-law Cindy Perez and Fidel Balderas of Hazlehurst; father Silvestre Perez Trejo of Mexico; sisters Santa Ana Perez (Benito Castro) of Mexico DF, Juliana Perez (Armando Balderas) of Mexico DF, Juana Perez (Arturo Cerritos) of Mexico DF, Felicitas Perez (Macedonio Rubio) of Florida; grandchildren David Perez Jr., Camila Balderas Perez, Kiara Perez, Elias Perez and Jimena Balderas Perez; several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Aug. 24 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Interment followed at Mr. Perez Mar’s residence, 820 Snipesville Road, Denton.
Honorary pallbearers were Erasto Chavez, Leopoldo Gonzalez, Sergio Maldonado, Snipesville Community and Beasley employees.
Active pallbearers were David Perez, Fidel Balderas, Mario Rubio and Macedonio Rubio.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
