Mrs. Alice Clements Drone, 63

Services for Mrs. Alice Clements Drone, 63, who died Oct. 6 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Jesup, were held Oct. 13 at Bennett Tabernacle Holiness Church with Elder Eddie Harmon and Pastors Kevin and Tiffany Hinds presiding.
Mrs. Drone, best known as Lisa, was born Nov. 1, 1960. She attended Jeff Davis High School and was employed at Jeff Davis Hospital for many years then Preferred Loan for several years before she retired. She was a member of Bennett Tabernacle Holiness Church in Hazlehurst where she served on the usher board. She had a very unique gift of interior decorating. She was well-known in the community for her annual Rainbow Tea Parties which served as a fundraiser for Bennett Tabernacle Holiness Church. Because she was the youngest of 11 children, she grew up with many of her nieces and nephews as if they were sisters and brothers. However, she was always respected as Auntie Lisa. She was devoted to the things of God and serving in the church.
