Mrs. Margaret Boatright Hall, 89

Mrs. Margaret Boatright Hall, 89, of Hazlehurst passed away April 30 at her residence under the care of Coastal Hospice.
Margaret was born Dec. 23, 1934, in Alma to the late John Truitt Boatright and the late Bessie Marie Carver Boatright. She worked as a sewing supervisor at Ero Industries and was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She loved gardening but her greatest passion was her family and selflessly serving others. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Columbus Hall Jr.; children Ricky Hall and Angie Hall; grandchild Richard Hall; great-grandchild Isabella Ellis; and brothers Troy, Don, and Nathan Boatright.
Survivors include her daughter Dale (Art) Reagin; step-daughter Diane (Ed) Williams; grandchildren Dottie (David) Spires, Anna (Kyle) Waters, Chris (Brooke) Reagin, Chase (Ansley) Hall, Michaella Hall, Stephen Hall, Kylie Hall (fiancé, Riley), Cole (Kayla) Williams, Tammy (Greg) Hall, and Edwin (Connie) Williams; sister Carolyn Sanders; brothers Bobby Boatright, Archie (Brenda) Boatright, Stevie (Cathy) Boatright, and Franklin (Joyce) Boatright; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Services were held May 4 at Southside Baptist Church with Dr. Ben Glosson, the Rev. Jeffrey Spell, and the Rev. Bryan Herrington officiating. Interment followed in Hazlehurst City Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Archie Boatright II, Nathan Boatright, Bo Boatright, Dr. Brian Sellers, Shawn Matthews, Brandon Boatright, Rodney Smith and John Boatright.
Honorary pallbearers were Catherine Burke and the children she baby sat throughout the years.
Swain Funeral Home was in charge.
