JD hosts first round of playoffs

Jeff Davis Highs boys and girls tennis teams will both host the opening rounds of the GHSA Class AA State Tournament.
The boys will play Glenn Hills of Augusta, the No. 4 team from Region 4, and the girls will face Davidson Fine Arts School of Augusta, the No. 4 Region 4-AA team.
The winner of the boys JD-Glenn Hills match will play the winner of Central, Macon and Pierce County.
The winner of the JD-Davidson Fine Arts match will face the winner of Rutland of Macon and Pierce County.
