Indictments handed down

The following indictments were filed by the 2023 March Term Jeff Davis Grand Jury:
Chelsea Marie Harden, burglary in the first degree. Walter Lopez-Hernandez, burglary in the second degree, obstruction of an officer, obstruction of emergency medical personnel, theft by taking.
Anthony Mitchell Tucker, seven counts of terroristic threats, criminal trespass and harassing communications.
William Jeremy Miles, three counts of child molestation, two counts of possession of firearm by convicted felon.
James “Trey” Lafayette Gillis and Victor Vasquez III, insurance fraud and making a false statement.
