Mrs. Beverly Diane Bohannon Bookhardt, 66

Mrs. Beverly Diane Bohannon Bookhardt, 66, of Hazlehurst, passed away Sept. 27 at her residence under the care of Community Hospice of Vidalia.
Mrs. Bookhardt was born April 8, 1957, to Hilton Bohannon and Geneva Newsome Horne. She was a retired clerk from the Jeff Davis County Tag Office and was a member of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church. Mrs. Bookhardt was preceded in death by her husbands, Brian Creamer, and John Hamilton Bookhardt.
Survivors include her son, Charles Brian (Jenifer) Creamer; step-daughters, Jamie Patricia (Leland) Hughes, Jessica Hope (Jonathan) Bookhardt-Snyder, Megan Marie King, Amiee’ Teresa (Troy) Green, and Hannah Louise Bookhardt; step-sons, Wesley Howard Bookhardt and Shane Miles (Anna) Bookhardt; step-mother, Helen Bohannon; sisters, Aleesia (Jeffery) Crawford and Letisha Miles; brothers, Bruce Bohannon and Lee (Becky) Miles; grandchildren, Caitlin Creamer (Chris), Cody Creamer, Brianna (Jake) Sims, Matthew Hughes, Elliot Snyder, Everett Snyder, Judson King, Jeb King, Tera Green, Tori Green, Dylen Green, Autie June Green, Daniel Bookhardt, Flint Bookhardt, Hoyt Bookhardt, Erica (Corey) Solomon, and John (Jamie) Bush; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and one very special friend, Ann Thomas.
Services were held Sept. 29 at Lighthouse Christian Fellowship with the Rev. Tyrone Hutchinson officiating. Interment followed in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Johnny Bohannon, Todd Mosley, Chris Miles, Jeffery Crawford, Shawn Hand, and Lee Miles.
Honorary pallbearers were The Lighthouse Church Family and Sunday School Class.
Swain Funeral Home was in charge.
