Ms. Cheryl Claxton Bullard, 64

Ms. Cheryl Claxton Bullard, 64, of Hazlehurst, died March 12 at her residence.
Ms. Bullard was born Nov. 23, 1957, in Jeff Davis County.
She is preceded in death by her father, Allen Daniel Claxton and brother, Philip Claxton, daughter, Shelly Wooten.
Ms. Cheryl was a homemaker, enjoyed fishing and loved her family dearly. She loved spending time with them, she also loved riding dirt roads with her husband Dwayne. In her free time, she loved watching the Georgia Bulldogs!
Survivors include, husband, Dewayne Bullard of Hazlehurst; mother, Louise Jump Claxton; daughter Dana Edge Letson (Michael); stepdaughter Jessica Bullard; stepson Kenneth Bullard; brother Todd Claxton; grandchildren Ashton Gardner, and Cason Gardner.
Services were held March 26 at Elizabeth Baptist Church in Hazlehurst with the Rev. Keith Yawn officiating.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
